Most orders are delivered within 3 working days from the date of purchase.
Please note that many deliveries require a signature upon arrival. If you are unavailable, you may leave signed instructions for the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place.
All orders are subject to stock availability and are delivered by trusted third-party courier services.
Deliveries are usually made between 8:00am and 6:00pm. Upon arrival, please inspect your order before signing the courier’s delivery note. If there is any visible damage, please sign the delivery note as “damaged”.
Important Delivery Information
While we make every effort to ensure deliveries arrive on the estimated date, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues beyond our control. Unfortunately, we cannot offer compensation for delayed deliveries, but we will always work quickly to resolve any problems.
Delivery to Scotland
Orders delivered to Scotland that exceed 30kg may incur a surcharge of £2.95.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Telstar Trampolines, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange policy.
Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return delivery costs.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

A restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned item or missing parts.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for products of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid before dispatch of the replacement item.
