Jet Sports Ltd offer the following warranty packages on all trampolines sold by them from 1st June 2026.
Purchased before 1st June 2026? Jet Sports Ltd took on Telstar Trampolines from this date, so we're unable to offer warranty cover on purchases made before then. However, if you need spare parts for an older Telstar trampoline, please get in touch via email at sales@jetsports.co.uk or telephone 01884 675 801 and we'll do our best to help.
What's Covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only, with the following cover periods:

| Frame Pads | 1 Year |
| Enclosure Net & Parts | 1 Year |
| Ladder | 1 Year |
All warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and approved cases will qualify for replacement parts free of charge.
What's Not Covered

Making a Claim
All claims must be accompanied by photos showing:
• A full-length shot of the trampoline
• Close-up shots of the faulty part(s)
